Residence

This project requires a small space on a roof terrace. The space is divided into 2 different areas: kitchen and outdoor dining/entertainment. The project includes a motorized pergola with louvers that open and close. This allows management of the elements in your outdoor space.

 
The entertainment area includes a sitting bench with plants and a fireplace. A design problem arises: how will we incorporate the drain without conflicting with the design? The proposal was to put it around the fireplace as a part of the design.
